Delta-Simons is delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Ferguson to the Delta-Simons Board of Directors.  Alex joined Delta-Simons over 8 years ago and during his tenure has led the significant growth of Delta-Simons ‘in-ground risk’ division providing services to the investor, developer and M&A due diligence markets on both a national platform and globally with our Inogen® Alliance partners.  Alex brings unparalleled understanding of environmental drivers in the property sector, proven commercial acumen and passionate customer advocacy to the board.  We are delighted to welcome him to the ‘top table’ and know he will make a great contribution to the board.      

 

Alex replaces Kevin Schofield, who after 8 years will be leaving Delta-Simons to pursue new challenges as an independent consultant.  It is currently envisaged that Kevin will continue to work with Delta-Simons on a consultancy basis on selected projects and so we fully expect to continue a successful and mutually prosperous relationship in the years to come.  We thank Kevin for his tremendous contribution to the business and offer our very best wishes for the future.
