The 2008 Inogen World View Conference will be held at Central Hall, Westminster on Wednesday 16^th April. The conference ‘Make Energy and Climate Change Strategies work for your business,’ will help provide meaningful strategies to reducing a company’s impact on global climate change.

 

The all-day conference will include a key note speech by Jeremy Leggett, Jeremy is the CEO of Solar Century, an award winning scientist, author, oil industry consultant and Greenpeace Campaigner. He has been described by Time Magazine as ‘one of the key players in putting the climate issue on the world agenda.’ His first book “The Carbon War” has been described by the Sunday Times as “the best book yet on the politics of Global Warming.” Other speakers include Her Excellency Prof. Dr. Jacqueline Cramer the Dutch Environment Minister, representatives from Sun Microsystems, Diageo, WWF and Océ.

 

The conference will present the opportunity to hear from and question top governmental and nongovernmental leaders about how to think globally about strategies to affect global climate change, and from top business leaders about what their businesses do locally that is meaningfully tied to those global strategies.
