Delta-Simons is delighted to be once again exhibiting at and attending the third annual Sheds event which this year will be held on  6th - 7th February at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport. Sheds is the leading event for the industrial and distribution property markets, and this year the event will be addressing key changes influencing both markets.

 

Delta-Simons will be exhibiting at the event, promoting both its Contaminated Land services and Shining Earth™, Delta-Simons sustainability business. The Delta-Simons Shining Earth™ team has been working closely with Gazeley’s global sustainable development programme, including the proposed Blue Planet development at Chatterley Valley. This project will be a carbon positive development utilising its own on-site biofuel micro power station and a wide range of exciting sustainability and community initiatives. Kevin Schofield, Commercial Director at Delta-Simons and Gazeley's UK Eco-Champion will be chairing a Developer’s round table sustainability lunch, organised by Gazeley on the day of the conference.
