2nd April 2009
Delta-Simons, one of the UK’s leading environmental consultancies with offices in Lincoln, Norwich and the north east, has recently been approved as associate members of The Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (AGS).
Established to improve the profile and quality of individuals and organisations specialising in geotechnical and geoenvironmental work, the AGS is a non-profit making trade association with members across the UK.
James Harrison, Associate Director, Delta-Simons comments; “Geotechnical and geoenvironmental expertise is an important part of our service offering, both on a national and regional scale. Through accreditation with the AGS we are able to demonstrate capability to clients and develop closer working relationships with our peers.
“Our reputation is built on the work we have done for our customers across the UK and Ireland and there is an expectation that we will continually develop our expertise and the services we offer. Equally, we hope that our associate membership of the AGS will help us to develop new business, as a result of raising our own profile within the industry.”
Formed in 1992, Delta-Simons has an established reputation in contaminated land and a strong commercial focus, having added to its in-house multi-disciplined teams and developed new services in response to the needs of its customers, who include some of the UK’s leading property developers, retailers, fund managers and asset managers. Delta-Simons’ expertise also covers EHS & Energy, waste management, drilling, ecology, sustainability, corporate responsibility and green marketing.
