Zoe is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 15 years experience in consulting and contracting organisations and has vast experience in project managing the development phase of construction projects from conception to commencement on site. Zoe brings an in-depth working knowledge of the current sustainability requirements of new buildings through the planning, due diligence, design and delivery processes.  She also adds a new dimension being able to advise on the practical effectiveness and ‘buildability’ of green building concepts and technologies – valuable knowledge applicable to both new builds and the upgrading of existing building stock.
