Delta-Simons has been appointed by Southgate Limited Partnership (Morley Fund Management and Multi-Developments) to provide Contaminated Land Services for the Southgate Centre Development in Bath. 

 

Delta-Simons is the principal environmental consultant  for the project and its remit is to undertake Site Investigations and provide recommendations / solutions for remediation, if required, to discharge planning conditions relating to potential contamination.
