Manchester Director to present at RICS CPD Day, Newcastle

Delta-Simons Unit Director, Richard Lawless, will be presenting at next week's RICS CPD Day in Newcastle.
The regional conference focuses on continuing professional development within land, property and the built environment, and provides essential solutions and advice to support professional competency within the property sector.
Richard's presentation will be about Managing Contaminated Land, covering the following:
- Why we assess contamination
- Regulatory Drivers
- Statutory Contaminated Land
- The Planning Regime
- Typical Client Scenarios including Transaction / Valuations, Development, Leases / Dilapidations
- Managing Liability
Richard is Unit Director for the northern regions, and has over 18 years' consultancy experience in contaminated land, remediation and environmental due diligence. Richard is responsible for leading the Delta-Simons geo-environmental operations team in Manchester, Leeds and Durham, providing contaminated land, geotechnical and environmental due diligence services and support to our regional clients.
