Paul Bennett
Senior Project Manager
Paul joined Delta-Simons in 1996 and currently leads a number of key customer accounts. He has extensive experience of desk-top assessments as well as planning, designing and managing intrusive site investigations across a wide range of Brownfield development uses, including Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial. He has also carried out various audits/due diligence assessments for customers in the UK and Europe.
Paul was educated at John Leggot College in Scunthorpe and at Staffordshire University. He has completed the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and was awarded the Certificate of Leadership Management by Lincoln University in 2006.
Mark Lunnon
Project Manager
Mark graduated in 2000 and worked as a consultant environmental scientist before joining Delta-Simons in 2004. He soon progressed to Project Manager and now manages a busy team delivering Initial Environmental Reviews (IER’s), Phase II Environmental assessments and management of remediation projects.
Mark has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science. He has completed the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and was awarded the Certificate of Leadership Management by Lincoln University in 2006. Mark lives in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire and is a keen cyclist and motor sport enthusiast.
Chris Ramsbottom
Project Manager
Chris joined Delta-Simons in 2004 following 18 months working as a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer. He has gained significant experience at Delta-Simons in a variety of disciplines, with specific focus on Phase I and II Environmental and Geo-Environmental Assessments and management of remediation projects. Chris is currently the Project Manager for Delta-Simons' Strategic Consultancy on behalf of two major clients at the Stratford City development in London.
Chris has a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Geology and three years post graduate geotechnical research experience. He has completed the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and was awarded the Certificate of Leadership Management by the University of Lincoln in 2006. Chris lives in Lincoln and enjoys producing music and exercise.
James Harris
Project Manager
James joined the company in 2003 and has been involved in desk-top assessments, designing and managing phase II assessments, designing and implementing large scale waste classification exercises for disposal and re-use of soil materials (a number of which have been linked to some major city centre redevelopment projects) and designing and implementing QRA site investigations. These have been predominantly for Delta-Simons’ national clients, however, following a period in the Norwich Regional office where James was tasked with establishing efficient and effective working practices and to assist with new Regional customer and network opportunities, James is now leading the East Midlands Regional office based in Lincoln.
James has a BSc (Hons) in Geology. Outside of work he enjoys water sports including windsurfing and power boating and enjoys fell running, camping and cycling and lives in Lincoln.
