Sue Milne
Office Manager and PA to the MD
Sue has been with Delta-Simons since May 2000 and has risen swiftly from Project Secretary, to Administration Co-ordinator, to Office Manager & PA to the MD. Sue is a familiar voice to many long standing Delta-Simons customers and has calmly dealt with any number of crises over the past 9 years, usually featuring a property deal, a legal team and the words ‘I need it yesterday!’.
Sue was awarded the Certificate of Leadership Management by the University of Lincoln in 2006. She lives in Lincoln with her daughter Jade.
Maureen Tennant
Relationship Manager
Originally from the North-East, Maureen has over ten year’s experience in HR primarily gained with an international organisation in Vienna, Austria and commercial organisations in the UK. Experienced in working in rapidly expanding and changing environments, Maureen’s role is to support the business in high quality recruitment, induction and integration of new staff, ongoing training & development and people management.
Maureen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Maureen lives in Lincoln with her husband Bertrand and son Graeme.
Alex Gray
Marketing and Events Manager
Alex joined Delta-Simons in 2007 from the University of Lincoln where she was working as Events Officer. In this role Alex dealt with marketing, recruitment, PR and organising corporate events such as the very large and complex graduation ceremonies. Alex’s role at Delta-Simons includes marketing, PR, advertising and event organisation and coordination. Working with the Commercial Director, Alex supports the project teams’ business development and customer maintenance strategy.
Alex has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield. She lives in Lincoln.
