Contaminated Land
Appointed by Lovell Partnership to carry out contaminated land work at a £2.75 million proposed housing development in Lowestoft. A total of 29 energy efficient homes being developed on the site.
Transaction Support
Delta-Simons' due diligence activities were associated with the assessment of 27 assets across Italy, France, Netherlands and Romania; the objective of the works was to establish and assess potential environmental risks and liabilities associated with historical land uses.
Ecology
Delta-Simons was appointed by Trent Bridge Community Trust to complete Tree Assessment and Bat Activity surveys prior to the demolition of the previous sports pavilion to develop a new cricket clubhouse at the Meadows Recreation Ground.
Geotechnical
Appointed by Ward Cole on behalf of the University of Lincoln to complete a ground investigation as part of a Phase II geo-environmental assessment on a section of land situated within the historic area of Uphill Lincoln.
Ecology
Delta-Simons undertook an Extended Phase I Habitat survey of a Site in a residential area of Guisborough prior to demolition for the development of 40 new residential dwellings with associated landscaping.
Sustainability
Delta-Simons was instructed by Bransby Horses to undertake an Environmental Performance Review (EPR) at its site near Lincoln. This was to benchmark current performance, identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and reduce operating costs.
Contaminated Land
Delta-Simons worked with Coventry City Council and Tesco to provide an enabling works package to deliver the remediated site to Tesco for development, and to the council for the construction of the Ricoh Football Stadium.
