Delta-Simons has added to it’s growing Transaction Support team with the appointment of Graham Duffield. Graham joins Delta-Simons as Associate Director, bringing with him 15 years’ experience in environmental consultancy, specifically within the management and delivery of single and multi-site real estate and merger & acquisitions projects in the UK and globally.

Having worked previously worked for environmental consultancies, Graham gained his experience working on environmental due diligence, environmental permitting (EP), environmental impact assessments (EIA) and contaminated land projects.  His specialisms are within corporate and real estate environmental due diligence, focusing on developing new business for real estate and corporate environmental due diligence.

Graham, a Chartered Environmentalist, gained his Chemistry degree from Liverpool University, and has NEBOSH Certificate in the Management of Health & Safety at Work.  Graham will be based in the Leeds regional office.

Alan Crossfield, Unit Director, comments “Graham will be a superb addition to our expanding team and will complement the existing expertise within the Transactional Support department.

“Graham’s role within the company will be to strengthen the existing M&A capabilities of the due diligence team, support our existing clients and identify opportunities within the real estate and M&A sector.”

Graham’s appointment demonstrates the continued growth of the Transaction Support team, with Stuart Whatley joining earlier this year as Senior Consultant, and Jilly Edwards joining this month as Graduate.
