Delta-Simons expands into larger Nottingham office

We are pleased to announce the Nottingham regional office has acquired a larger office in Nottingham, having outgrown the previous premises.
The Nottingham office was opened in April 2017 in the City Gate East building on Tollhouse Hill, but outgrew the space. So have now relocated to new 990 sq ft office at Castle Heights, on Maid Marian Way.
The new space will enable the the region to further expand its Nottingham-based team from six to 10 professionals over the next 12 months. Over the last year, the company experienced rapid growth particularly in the East Midlands region.
Paul Bennett, Delta-Simons’ unit director for the Midlands region and lead of the Nottingham team, said: “2017 was a fantastic year for us and our Nottingham team has grown faster than anticipated to meet the demand for our services in the area.
“Nottingham is a dynamic city and our objective to have a presence here was to be closer to existing clients and our active projects and we couldn’t be happier with how the office is performing. Moving to a larger space in the city so soon is wonderful and we are really grateful for the support we have had from the local property and construction community.
“It’s an exciting time for Delta-Simons and it’s great to be recruiting further in the city. We look forward to a busy 2018.”
