Specialist commercial property investment manager, Orchard Street Investment Management, completed the acquisition of 10 Templeback in Bristol for £58.5 million this summer.
Delta-Simons acted on behalf of Orchard Street, completing a site investigation and providing due diligence advice to support the acquisition.
10 Templeback is comprised of 124,198 sq ft of Grade office accommodation across six floors. Tenants include NFU, Colliers International and Mott Macdonald, with 41,629 sq ft currently vacant.
The building has achieved an ‘excellent' BREEAM rating, whilst a wide range of amenities are available to the tenants including car parking, shower facilities and bike storage, as well as the transport links situated on the building's doorstep and the Cabot Circus shopping centre.
