Delta-Simons sponsor 2016 Aquathon series

100% Swimming's Aquathon includes an open water swimming and running event held at Activities Away in North Hykeham throughout the summer.  The Aquathon is held each month from May to September, with each event made up of a race for Juniors (200m swim/2,000m run) and a race for Adults (800m swim/3,000m run).

Delta-Simons provide's the water testing for the quarter mile long, former gravel pit at Activities Away, ensuring that the water is measured against the current bathing water regulations and always gains the top rating of Excellent. 

Paul Fowler, Head Coach with 100% Swimming and organiser of the event, says "We are proud to have Delta-Simons as our sponsor for the third year.  The Aquathon has proved to be very popular in the past, with more and more people wanting to take up open water swimming, whether it be for health reasons or training for upcoming competitive events.

"What's great to see is the number of juniors now taking part, so we have really focused on getting more young people involved in the sport this year and are able to offer all junior participation in the event for free."
