Simon Clennell-Jones, Divisional Director based in London, will be delivering the presentation, Land in London: Key environmental challenges, at the Royal Institute of Chartered Accountants CPD Day, on 20th April.

The regional RICS conference focuses on continued professional development within land, property and the built environment for its members.

Simon, a Chartered Scientist and Environmentalist, is also a contaminated land professional and project director specialising in environmental due diligence, human health risk assessment and contaminated land related project management. Simon’s experience ranges from initial assessment through to remediation design and implementation with an expertise in both technical and commercial aspects. Simon has leveraged his significant land contamination experience into environmental due diligence including assets across the UK and Europe.
