Divisional Director to deliver RICS presentation: Land Contamination: Impact for transactions and redevelopment

Simon Clennell-Jones, Divisional Director based in London, will be delivering the presentation: Land Contamination: Impact for transactions and redevelopment, at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors CPD Day, on 25th January in Kent.

The regional RICS conference focuses on continued professional development within land, property and the built environment for its members.

Simon heads up Delta-Simons’ geo-environmental operations.  A Chartered Scientist and Environmentalist, Simon is also a contaminated land professional and project director specialising in environmental due diligence, human health risk assessment and contaminated land related project management. Simon’s experience ranges from initial assessment through to remediation design and implementation with an expertise in both technical and commercial aspects. Simon has leveraged his significant land contamination experience into environmental due diligence including assets across the UK and Europe.
