Divisional Director, Simon Clennell-Jones, will be delivering the RICS presentation, Land Contamination: Impact for transactions and redevelopment, at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors CPD Day, on 21st May in London.

The regional RICS conference focuses on continued professional development within land, property and the built environment for its members.

Based in London, Simon heads up Delta-Simons’ geo-environmental operations.  A Chartered Scientist and Environmentalist, Simon's primary areas of expertise include due diligence, contaminated land, human health and controlled waters risk assessment, remediation and project management. He has an established track record in the successful delivery of large scale, complex environmental assessment work as part of multidisciplinary teams including soil, groundwater, soil vapour, indoor/outdoor air investigations, expert witness work, asbestos in soils and environmental forensics.
