Divisional Director, Simon Clennell-Jones, will be talking about managing contaminated land at this month's RICS CPD Day in Ashford, Kent.

RICS regularly host regional conferences providing focused continuing professional development within land, property and the built environment; Simon will be discussing legal definitions of contamination, pollutants and contaminants and "special site clarification".

Simon is also a Chartered Environmentalist and specialises in contaminated land and environmental due diligence, with particular experience in human health risk assessment and project management.  Simon has an established track record working on complex and challenging sites with multiple stakeholder requirements in the residential, commercial, industrial and legal sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

The regional conference on the 28th January will offer an essential round up of key developments in the South East help to identify potential challenges and opportunities, and offer updates relating to the region's economic future, permitted development rights and financial viability in planning.
