5000 delegates, 250 speakers and 80 exhibitors will be heading to the UK’s first 3-day Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure forum, UKREiiF 2022.

Directors and Associates from Delta-Simons and our sister company Lucion Services, will be heading to this year’s UKREiiF event to meet with key players and influencers within the investment and real-estate markets, including some of the UK’s and international developers and investors.

Alan Crossfield, Delta-Simons’ Environmental Transaction Services Divisional Director, and his team provide trusted advice to our global client base for Real Estate and Corporate M&A Due Diligence transactions, ESG and post-transaction support.

Alan has over 27 years of experience as an Environmental Consultant advising commercial clients in the Real Estate Sector on environmental risk and liability. Alan provides a balanced technical and commercial approach to resolving brownfield issues and brings strong leadership, networking and interpersonal skills.

Damian Robinson

Damian Robinson, Delta-Simons’ Environmental Planning Divisional Director, and his team support our clients through all stages of the development lifecycle, ranging from initial constraints mapping through to technical support on planning site delivery. With an extensive knowledge of technical and planning considerations, a working knowledge of environmental permitting as well as practical experience in project implementation; Damian and the Environmental Planning team mitigate risks to client projects at the early planning stages, securing a robust, commercially viable and deliverable consent.

Damian is degree qualified in environmental science and has 25 years’ post-grad consultancy experience and maintains an extensive professional network; based on obtaining client trust, repeat business and referrals through the delivery of practical commercial advice and a proactive approach to project delivery.
