Welcome to Jessica Bray who joins us as geo-environmental graduate who will be working within the Transaction Support team.

Before joining Delta-Simons, Jessica completed a three-month hydrogeology placement at a small environmental consultancy, conducting groundwater monitoring and analysis.

As Transaction Support graduate for Delta-Simons, Jessica will be producing Phase 1 Environmental Assessments for the buying and selling of commercial and industrial sites, as well as advising clients on possible constraints to development projects.

Principal Consultant, Kevan Holbrook, says of the appointment “We are thrilled to have Jessica on board, not only to build the Birmingham team with talented resource but to grow the Geo-environmental service offering within the new West Midland region.  Welcome, Jessica.”
