London Director to present at RICS CPD Day

London Unit Director, Simon Clennell-Jones, will be talking about the key environmental challenges affecting land in London at next month's RICS CPD Day in London.
RICS regularly host regional conferences providing focused CPD within land, property and the built environment, and Simon will be discussing the current situation affecting land degradation and contamination, geotechnics and remediation constraints focussed on London.
Whilst heading up our London operation, Simon is also a Chartered Environmentalist and specialises in contaminated land and environmental due diligence, with particular experience in human health risk assessment and project management. Simon has an established track record working on complex and challenging sites with multiple stakeholder requirements in the residential, commercial, industrial and legal sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
The regional conference on the 9th December will offer an essential round up of key developments in the London area, help to identify potential challenges and opportunities, and offer updates relating to London's economic future, permitted development rights and financial viability in planning.
