Senior EHS Consultant joins EHS&S team

Courtney Drennan

Welcome to the latest member to the Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability team, Courtney Drennan joins us as a Senior EHS Consultant and will be supporting our current retail and technology clients as part of our growing team.

Courtney has most recently worked as the H&S Manager at a corporate law firm in central London where she was part of the facilities management department. Prior to this she worked within the Australian mining industry after leaving university where she gained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational HSE.

Courtney brings significant experience to the EHS&S team having been previously responsible for the overall management of H&S risks to staff and the business. This included implementation of emergency response and preparedness processes and procedures (including drills and training), carrying out risk assessments and implementing adequate controls to mitigate identified risks, managing and auditing contractors, managing the risks associated with the use of display screen equipment and carrying out workstation assessments.  Previous roles also included carrying out internal audits/facilitating external audits to ensure compliance, ensuring maintenance and monitoring of OHSAS 18001 management system, carrying out site inspections and keeping adequate records, and liaising with those in senior leadership positions and other stakeholders.
