Business Growth

Following on from the Delta-Simons Bristol office move to larger premises in December 2020 to support the ever-growing team, the South-West region which covers South-West and Wales has thrived over the past 12 months increasing headcount, growing revenue, and profitability in all areas of the business. As well as seeing sustained organic growth we have also become part of the Lucion Services Group, a group of multi-award-winning multidisciplinary risk management companies delivering trusted services across multiple sectors.

Dr Paul Dowson, Unit Director said” Over the past year we have continued to grow and diversify the team and now have 14 technical staff working across our core operational disciplines (Geo-environmental and Geotechnical, Environmental Transaction Services, Environmental Planning, Environment Health & Safety and Wellbeing & Sustainability), supported by our delivery capabilities from across the UK. This is particularly positive news given the challenging and unpredictable past 18 months the business economy has endured and positions Delta-Simons to service the rising client demand for environmental consultancy services in one of the fastest growing regions in the UK”.

The expanded Bristol office is situated in Broad Quay House overlooking Bristol Harbourside – our tenth regional office to be opened in the UK see map.

The Geo-Environmental team at Delta-Simons continues to recruit and has grown by over 20 people in the past 12 months with new recruits in each office location. Our newest team in Bristol has expanded in headcount to a team of seven in less than a year to facilitate the evolving needs of our clients and has recently merged with the Southern team resulting in a combined total of over 30 staff operating across the Southern region.

Simon Clennell-Jones, GeOps Divisional Director said “As we push into the summer, we are keen to continue our growth reflecting increasing Client demand, we are now in a great position to further grow the team as we continue to see significant growth and opportunities within the Southern region."

We’re currently seeking two Senior Geo-Env Consultants for the South of the UK as well as a Senior to Principal Waste & Resource Management Consultant, if you feel you have what it takes to work for a leading Environmental Consultancy, please visit our recruitment page and apply.
