Welcome to our new graduates who have joined various departments. Picture from top left clockwise: Tim Mawby, Miriam Emenieke, Jacob Keeling and Annabel Blythe.

Tim joins the Sustainability team based in Lincoln office; he will assisting with client energy requirements such as energy assessments and Radon monitoring, as well as wellbeing projects.  Tim will also be helping the EHSS team with the company’s internal health and safety and learning about DSA and ergonomics.

Miriam joins the geo-environmental team for the Southern region having gained her BSc in Geology, and MSc in Environmental Engineering.  Prior to joining Delta-Simons Miriam worked as a Geo-environmental Engineer for an international consultancy.

Annabel also joins the Southern geo-environmental team having recently graduated from Brighton university with a degree in Geology.

Jacob joins us as graduate geo-environmental consultant for our Northern team based in the Leeds office having completed his Masters in Geology at Leeds university.

Managing Director of Delta-Simons, Alex Ferguson, says, “The appointment of graduates throughout the business is very important to us.  As such, we have developed the Delta-Simons Academy.  The Academy is our internal strategic business support function which focuses on the provision of technical and commercial training, wellbeing and cultural awareness, as well as health and safety stewardship.

“The Academy also provides early career professionals with a structured approach to Continuous Professional Development in order to establish a foundation of technical, cultural and commercial knowledge to help our staff build their careers.
