Ali has worked in a multitude of differing roles within the sector including appointments as an environmental audit co-ordinator, contaminated land consultant, and auditing and technical team manager.
Having gained several years' experience managing large project teams and working with client/design teams to deliver complex EIA and planning reports for major applications, Ali has worked across multiple sectors including energy and waste, linear civil projects, food and drink, and commercial & residential.
Having also worked on client side for a low carbon developer, Ali also brings significant appreciation for early stage input and recognition of key development constraints, as well as commercial solutions and alternative options.

Mike brings with him nine years' experience working within the geo-environmental sector in the North, as well as a range of experience on investigations and environmental assessments across the UK. His project experience includes former gas works, collieries, chemical facilities, petroleum storage facilities, ports, industrial premises, Part 2A as well as greenfield sites.

Having worked for a variety of UK-based and International consultancies, Chris has specific experience in characterisation and remediation of complex sites, including operational chemical works, former gasworks, and power infrastructure projects, provision of strategic advice on ground risk to large scale schemes including coal mining legacy issues, managing commercial issues around transactions and investment with respect to ground conditions as well as supporting schemes through the planning process, including EIA scale developments and the technical requirements of such support.

David's specialisms are identifying potentially contaminated sites and subsequent remediation, as well as brownfield site regulation through the planning process.
David is a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner, SoBRA Executive Committee Member and a Member of the Defra Contaminated Land Expert Panel.
Unit Manager, Air Quality
07974 187473 .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)Gabor has over 10 years' experience in the areas of ambient air quality monitoring, dispersion modelling, data collation, and interpretation, environmental permit application and project management. Detailed knowledge of the application of UK National and European Environmental legislation with regards to Environmental Permitting/Industrial Emissions Directive, in particular its application in the UK.
Gabor has extensive knowledge of key air pollution policy, with clear understanding of air quality assessment methods for environmental impact assessments. He also has significant experience in air dispersion modelling of road vehicle and industrial emissions and expertise in preparation of factual and interpretative Air Quality Assessment (AQA) reports and Air Quality Environmental Statement chapters.
Gabor has provided technical support and air quality lead for a range of planning and environmental permit applications including residential developments, road schemes and industrial processes.

Graham is a Chartered Environmentalist and has significant experience within environmental due diligence, environmental permitting and environmental impact assessments.
Graham’s role within the company is to strengthen the existing M&A capabilities of the Transaction Support team, support our existing clients and identify opportunities within the real estate and M&A sector.

Alex is a flood risk technical specialist and project manager, and has delivered numerous complex flood risk management projects including multimillion pound megaprojects in the Middle East. Alex has undertaken and led the delivery of numerous detailed Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), Surface Water Management Plans, Water Cycle Studies, Catchment and Flood Warning Management Plans, culvert studies and due diligence projects for a range of high profile public and private clients.
Alex leads the completion of the flood risk elements of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) including hydrology, hydraulic modelling, drainage and culvert assessments (baseline and developed cases) and has vast experience in complex flood risk analysis and mentoring junior staff.

Rob is an accredited ESOS Lead Assessor, holds qualifications/accreditations in relation to Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC), TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and has a strong background in Mechanical Building Services design.
