The acquisition led to Dave being promoted to Commercial Director and in this role, he was instrumental in the smooth integration of multiple acquisition companies and clients into Lucion.
Dave holds a wealth of experience and in previous roles has been responsible for managing teams of consultants; operations managers; business development managers, account managers and account directors. Previous leadership roles have involved designing and implementing business strategies and budgets and ensuring that strategy is communicated to stakeholders at all levels. 20 years of experience as a consultant operating in numerous sectors has led Dave to have a strong focus on people management, commercial delivery and management (including business development and account management). Dave is also generally qualified in aspects of health, safety and hazardous materials consultancy as well as in technical auditing.
