We have seen an increase in clients requesting our services in the development of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) training modules. Delta-Simons’ have experience in developing training in many different environments, for example classroom based, e-learning modules, in government, healthcare, industry and corporate settings.

Why is training needed?

Traditionally training would have been classroom-based learning or delivered virtually with presenter slides, however we are seeing a shift to online and self-paced learning. As companies review their remote/hybrid working policies, it will become difficult for them to deliver traditional training (including inductions) to their employees, and thus look to online learning. 

We can develop bespoke training to suit client needs in a variety of formats including in a SCORM file to allow for upload onto an internal Learning Management System (LMS). 

Our team of award-winning Trainers provide a broad range of standard e-learning courses, ranging from Basic Legionella Management to Food Hygiene and Electrical Safety.   

E-Learning solutions can be completed at the convenience of your personnel, whether that is at the office or from home where access restrictions to office space are in place.
