Comprehensive Overview of the NOE CPC Framework 

Consultancy and Associated Services framework (NOE.0570) has been established on behalf of NHS Procurement in Partnership (NHS PiP), a cooperative venture involving four NHS procurement organisations. This framework provides a streamlined and efficient solution for contracting authorities seeking accredited consultancy firms and service providers. Its primary focus is on ensuring compliance and optimising operational efficiency.

This framework covers five core areas, including:

A) Property and Estates Consultancy

B) Programme and Project Management Consultancy

C) Financial, Commercial, and Related Consultancy

D) Environmental, Sustainability, and Social Value Consultancy

E) Health and Social Care Consultancy

To be appointed as a supplier under this framework, companies must demonstrate their technical and management capabilities alongside meeting specific criteria, including:

• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation for all companies and subcontractors.
• Cyber Essentials Accreditation.
• At least one of the following certifications: CHAS, PAS91, SSIP, Constructionline, or Safecontractor.
