Our client P3 Logistics Parks closed investments in three state-of-the-art logistics properties in Magdeburg, Leipzig, and Hanover. These properties are built to the highest sustainability standards and will play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for modern logistics space.

Contract Challenges

With a gross leasable area of approximately 201,000 square meters, the 3 locations offer a wide range of possibilities for a variety of logistics activities. 

Due to the scale and demographics of the assets, the contract presented challenging timescales for the completion of the work.

Working closely with our Inogen Alliance associates, our team was able to successfully deliver Environmental Due Diligence support to all 3 assets in Germany in a timely manner, ensuring potential time delays were negated.
