Leafbridge is a 44-acre development site in North Hykeham in Lincoln created by Stirlin Developments, a Lincoln-based property development and construction company specialising in bespoke commercial and residential properties. Leafbridge is Stirlin’s largest development to date, designed to accommodate space for a range of businesses from office space through to larger-scale design and build opportunities.
