P3P Partners LLP were seeking to obtain full planning permission for a new agricultural facility located on Bathingbourne Lane, Isle of Wight.

Purpose

The proposed development would include a 1.8 Ha glasshouse, a 1.5MW reciprocating gas engine combined heat and power (CHP) energy centre, a 2.3MW back up natural gas boiler and ancillary infrastructure.

The Client sought advice from the Local Planning Authority to gain an insight into what items would be required before submitting a formal application which led to our appointment for key services. The formal application is currently being determined by the Local Planning Authority.
