Environmental Permitting

Delta-Simons have extensive experience in undertaking environmental permit applications, variations, and surrenders. We have a number of practitioners who can prepare, submit and liaise with the Regulators to ensure you have an appropriate consent.

Resource Efficiency

We promote resource efficiency whether this be through waste minimisation, waste recovery and recycling or the development of new products from waste. We can help setting organisational strategy and have experience across a range of sectors promoting resource efficiency and developing resource efficient solutions. We have experience in developing bespoke End of Waste and By-product cases. We welcome the return of the Definition of Waste Service by the Environment Agency

Construction Waste Management

Delta-Simons has extensive experience supporting the construction sector to manage their wastes. We can investigate, analyse and classify wastes. We can develop Materials Management Plans (MMP) and undertake Qualified Persons (QP) services for the CL:AIRE Development Industry Code of Practice (DoWCoP). We also have substantive experience of exemptions and environmental permits. We promote the recovery of construction wastes and aim to achieve zero waste to landfill.
